We only offer support through support tickets at this time. Support tickets has been the easiest method of maintaining logs, communicating technical data, and ensuring your identity and security. We have previously offered phone support but often the support is not any faster and it is often hard to communicate technical data over voice.
We usually handle general support tickets quickly and efficiently, don’t be discouraged by the support options. Our usual resolution time for general support is within a half hour to an hour. That isn’t just a response, that is ticket resolved!
